The interesting engineering problem is not generating an image — it is generating one the person in it has agreed to, approved, and been paid for. That ordering never inverts.

Models are partners
The majority of every licence fee goes to the model. The people on the roster are the supply side of the business and are treated like it — in the product, the legal stack, and the payouts code.

Ship daily, keep taste
One codebase, one branch, production every day. The bar is luxury-editorial: if the output would not survive a brand's art director, it does not ship.

Mirai is founder-led and independent. Every hire changes the company; we hire when a role is real, not to grow a headcount slide.
