Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 26 May 2026

Mirai is an AI modelling agency built around real, consenting talent. What you generate reflects on them, on our platform, and on the broader legitimacy of AI-assisted imagery. This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) applies to every Client, every user who operates a Client account, and every person who accesses the Mirai generation tools (“you”). It supplements the Terms of Service and is binding from the first time you log in to the product.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use Mirai to generate, request, upload, or distribute any of the following:

  • Minors. Any image that depicts, sexualises, suggests, or could reasonably be interpreted as depicting a person under the age of eighteen, regardless of whether the person is real or artificial. This is an absolute prohibition and will be reported to the relevant authorities where legally required.
  • Nudity or sexual content. Explicit nudity, partial nudity outside of clearly fashion-editorial contexts approved by the Talent, sexual acts, sexually suggestive posing, intimate body part focus, or any content intended for adult entertainment platforms.
  • Impersonation. Attempts to generate a likeness resembling any real person other than the Talent you have licensed, including celebrities, politicians, private individuals, or deceased persons. Prompts referencing public figures by name, or lookalike language such as “in the style of [famous person]’s face,” are prohibited.
  • Hate and harassment. Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or caste.
  • Political disinformation. Manufactured depictions of political events, fabricated statements from public officials, election-related imagery intended to mislead voters, or content that falsely attributes political positions to a Talent.
  • Violence and gore. Graphic violence, depictions of weapons used against a person, self-harm, and suffering. Stylised action or fashion imagery is permitted within reason.
  • Illegal activity. Depictions of criminal acts, promotion of illegal drugs, fraud schemes, or content that violates applicable export controls or sanctions.
  • Health, financial, or legal claims. Content attributing medical, financial, or legal advice to a Talent, endorsements of specific pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, or investment products, without a separately negotiated written agreement with Mirai and the Talent.
  • Deceptive identity use. Using generated imagery of Talent to create or populate dating profiles, social media accounts, or any application that presents a synthetic image as a genuine personal photograph of a specific real individual, or that is designed to deceive a recipient into believing they are communicating with the depicted person.
  • Deceptive body-modification claims. Before-and-after imagery depicting unrealistic or medically unsupported body transformation, including weight loss, cosmetic surgery efficacy, or fitness-product outcomes, where the imagery is intended to mislead consumers about achievable results.
  • Talent exclusion categories. Any category a Talent has excluded from their Likeness use (for example alcohol, gambling, tobacco, religious or political campaigns) is off-limits even if otherwise permitted by this Policy.

2. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using generated images or motion clips outside of the licence you purchased (format, duration, or territory).
  • Removing, altering, cropping, or obscuring watermarks on preview or free-tier imagery.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing generated imagery as a standalone asset, stock asset, or for use by a third party not covered by your licence.
  • Using generated imagery or training data to build, fine-tune, or benchmark a competing AI model or service.
  • Soliciting Talent off-platform to bypass Mirai. All engagements with Talent discovered on the platform must go through Mirai for a period of two years from last platform use.
  • Sharing account credentials, generating images on behalf of an undisclosed third party, or impersonating another business or person.
  • Reverse-engineering, scraping, or automating interactions with the Platform in a way that degrades performance or circumvents security.

3. Enforcement

Mirai uses automated prompt and image moderation, human review, and Talent approval to enforce this Policy. Suspected violations are logged and reviewed. We may suspend generation, hold payouts, or terminate accounts without prior notice where we reasonably believe a violation has occurred or is imminent.

4. Consequences

  • Account termination. We may terminate your Mirai account and ban associated users, IP addresses, and payment instruments.
  • Forfeit of credits. Unused credits, licence allowances, and pending refunds may be forfeit upon termination for a policy breach, subject to applicable law.
  • Penalties. Unauthorised use of generated imagery or watermark removal carries a liquidated-damages penalty of USD 5,000 per image, in addition to any other remedies available at law.
  • Legal action. Mirai reserves the right to pursue injunctive relief, damages, and criminal referrals where appropriate, including cooperation with law-enforcement authorities.

5. Reporting Abuse

If you see imagery on or from the Platform that violates this Policy, report it to legal@miraitalent.ai. For intellectual-property notices, see our DMCA and Takedown Policy. For safety emergencies, email info@miraitalent.ai with “URGENT” in the subject line.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the platform evolves and as the regulatory landscape around generative AI changes. Material changes will be announced in-product and emailed to account owners at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
