The Mirai Standard.
Six articles govern how a real person’s likeness enters Mirai, how it is used, and how it leaves. Each article names the mechanism that enforces it — in the product, not in a policy drawer.

Real people, on the record
Every likeness on the roster belongs to a real, identified person who signed a written agreement before their profile entered any brand workflow. Mirai does not build its roster from scraped photographs and does not present synthetic identities as talent.

Identity is anchored, not improvised
A standardized kit of studio references anchors each talent's identity across every generation. Source photographs stay inside Mirai's controlled processing chain, never delivered to customers or partners. Any per-model identity artifacts stay private to that talent, used only to generate them, and are never sold, shared, or folded into a general model.

Approval gates commerce
Drafts are watermarked. When a brand selects a final for commercial use, that specific asset goes to the talent for review — and no commercial licence can be purchased, and no clean file delivered, until the talent approves it.

Rights are scoped and written down
Every licence records the approved asset, format, duration, territory, exclusivity, and the talent's restrictions as they stood at checkout. The talent keeps the underlying rights in their likeness; the brand buys a defined use, not the person.

The talent is paid, every time
80% of every commercial licence fee is paid to the talent whose likeness carries the work. Payouts run through Stripe Connect, and every licence purchased against a talent's likeness is visible to them — format, duration, territory, and fee.

Retirement is a right, not a request
Talent can revoke consent at any time. New generation stops within 72 hours, and reference materials are deleted within 30 days of a verified request. Licences already purchased run their agreed term.

Provability
The Standard is written to a ledger, not a landing page.
Material rights events — consent granted, approvals and rejections, licences, payments, takedowns — are written to an append-only audit ledger alongside the mutable product state. The exact agreement version a talent signed is recorded on their profile at signature time. Counsel and procurement can request the records behind a specific asset.
