Referral Programme Terms
The whole programme in plain language: what earns, how much, for how long, and what never happens — a referral never reduces a model’s share, and the chain never goes deeper than two tiers.
Last updated 17 July 2026 · Version 1.0 · Governed by the laws of Delaware, U.S.A.
01
The programme, in one paragraph
Anyone with a Mirai account — model, brand, or otherwise — has a personal invite code. When someone applies to the roster through your link and is approved, Mirai pays you a commission on the licence revenue their work generates, for a limited window. The commission is carved out of Mirai’s own share. It is never deducted from the referred model’s share, which is fixed in their Model Agreement and is not reduced by this programme in any circumstance.
02
What you earn
A tier-1 referral (you referred the model) earns 5% of the licence fee. A tier-2 referral (you referred the person who referred the model) earns 2.5% of the licence fee. Every commission is paid from Mirai’s own share, never the model’s. Commissions accrue only on licence fees that are actually paid and settled. There are no sign-up bonuses, recruitment fees, or payments for referrals that do not generate licence revenue.
03
Two tiers, no deeper
The chain stops at two tiers. There is no commission on a third-generation referral, and the programme pays on revenue only — never on recruitment itself. This is a deliberate structural limit and we will not extend it.
04
The earning window
Each referral earns for 365 days from the day the referred model is approved onto the roster. Each referral relationship has its own independent window: a tier-2 window can still be live after the related tier-1 window has expired, and vice versa. When a window closes, commissions on that referral stop; amounts already accrued remain yours.
05
Rates are frozen when a referral is created
The commission rate is recorded onto each referral at the moment it is created and does not change afterwards. We do not retroactively reduce a rate we promised, so a referral keeps its original rate for its full window. Any future rate change applies only to referrals created after the change.
06
Net of reversals
If a licence payment is refunded or a dispute is lost, the exact commission that accrued on that payment is subtracted from your balance — once, and only the amount that was actually accrued. Your balance is therefore always net of reversals, and can go down as well as up. Payouts are made against this net balance.
07
Payouts
Balances accrue in US dollars. Once your net balance reaches $10, it becomes eligible for the next payout sweep, paid by Stripe transfer to your connected Stripe account. You must have a Stripe account connected to withdraw; your balance keeps accruing whether or not you have connected one. If a transfer fails, the amount returns to your balance for a later sweep.
08
No self-referrals, no gaming
You may not refer yourself, apply using your own code, or use codes within schemes designed to route your own revenue through the programme (including duplicate or fabricated accounts and applications made with your own email or identity). Mirai may decline, void, or reverse commissions that arise from self-referral, fraud, misrepresentation of the programme, or spam distribution of invite links, and may remove participants from the programme for the same.
09
Changes and closure
Mirai may change or close the programme prospectively at any time. Rates already frozen onto existing referrals (section 05) and balances already accrued (net of reversals, section 06) are honoured. Notice of material changes is posted on this page, which is versioned and dated below.
10
The legal frame
The programme is operated by Mirai Talent Inc. (trading as Mirai), company number 10680377. These terms form part of your agreement with Mirai and sit alongside the Terms of Service and, for models, the Model Agreement. They are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., and disputes are resolved at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), seated in Singapore. Referral commissions are a marketing payment from Mirai’s own revenue; they create no partnership, agency, or employment relationship. Questions: legal@miraitalent.ai.
