These six clauses summarize the Mirai Model Agreement. The agreement itself is the contract — you sign it, clause by clause, as the first act of onboarding.

What we create
A standardized six-photo reference kit that anchors your identity in everything generated of you. Your photos are reference, never training data — no general model, no fine-tuning, no datasets.

Where your likeness appears
Your written limits govern every licence, and print and out-of-home always come to you for individual approval. Brands never receive your reference photos, they license finished assets.

The majority of every licence fee, paid via Stripe. Your share is written into the agreement, not set by a dashboard toggle.

Excluded categories are written into the Model Agreement and survive termination. Your likeness never sells what you didn't agree to sell.

If you are represented, review your contract's territory, exclusivity, and AI-generated imagery clauses before signing, then disclose any restricted countries during onboarding. We use those disclosures to prevent brand opportunities in restricted territories; your agency agreement remains controlling.

Every account carries an invite link. When someone you invite joins the roster, Mirai pays you 5% of every licence they sell for 365 days, carved from Mirai’s share, never from a model’s. Said honestly: it’s a thank-you measured in tens of dollars a year, not an income.

How do I earn?
You receive 80% of the licence fee when a brand licenses an approved final featuring you. The fee varies by asset format, usage, duration, territory, and any separately agreed exclusivity. Roster placement does not guarantee licence sales or income.
Is it free to join?
Yes. There is no application fee or upfront charge to create your standardized reference kit.
Do I need an agency?
No. Mirai supports both independent and agency-represented talent. If you are signed, confirm that your agreement permits this work and disclose any countries where your agency has exclusive representation so Mirai can respect those restrictions.
Can I join from anywhere?
Mirai accepts applications globally. Availability can still depend on local requirements, payment support, and any territory restrictions in your existing representation agreement.
What photos do I need?
Six clear reference shots: headshot, 45° angle, profile, expressive, half-body, and full-body. Use natural light, minimal makeup, and no filters or heavy edits. Professional images are welcome, but sharp phone photos in good light work too. The onboarding flow walks you through each one.
Will you use my photos to train AI?
No. Your photos are used to create and operate your standardized Mirai reference kit, not to train a general-purpose model or as stock content for sale. Contracted storage and generation processors handle the files only as needed to provide Mirai under contractual safeguards. Brands receive approved campaign assets, not your photos. What do I approve?
Brands can explore drafts inside Mirai. When a brand selects a final for commercial use, that asset comes to you for approval before it can be licensed. You can approve or reject the selected final; you are not asked to review every draft.
What is a reference kit?
It is a standardized, access-controlled set of approved reference images used to keep your appearance consistent in Mirai-generated content. It supports your Mirai profile and generation workflow; it is not a general-purpose AI model.
How do I get paid?
Connect your Stripe account after onboarding. Your 80% share is processed under the Model Agreement when an eligible brand licence payment clears.
Can I leave?
Yes. You can request removal and stop future licensing at any time: new licensing stops within 72 hours and deletion follows within 30 days, subject to record-retention requirements and licences that were already validly granted. The Model Agreement explains the process.
