If someone you invite joins the roster, Mirai pays you 5% of every licence they sell for 365 days. It comes out of Mirai’s share, never the model’s, which is written into their agreement and never reduced.

The math, before you share.
A referral is a thank-you carved out of Mirai’s own revenue — not an income. A referred model with steady licence sales typically earns their referrer tens of dollars a year, not thousands. We’d rather you know that going in.
The rate is set when a referral is created, so it never changes under you. Balances pay out via Stripe once they reach $10, net of refunds or disputes on the underlying licences.
Worked example — one $500 licence
- A brand licenses a final

- Your referrer earns, tier 2 (2.5% of the fee)

Same rounding as the settlement ledger, paid from Mirai’s share and never the model’s. Tier 2 pays the person who referred the referrer, and each tier has its own 365 days window.
